Services support



We provide three support options.



Our support includes phone consultations on Portal settings, functions and nuances of work, upgrade to newer versions of Portal base functions, works of configuration or development of new functions, correction of critical errors causing a complete Portal failure.



Besides that, our support can provide answers to particular questions, not described in the documentation.



Basic package includes 1 hour of phone consultations per month, upgrade to newer versions of Portal base functions, correction of critical errors.



Standard package includes 10 hours of consultations per month, upgrade to newer versions of Portal base functions, correction of critical errors



Enterprise package includes 16 hours of phone consultations per months, upgrade to newer versions of Portal base functions, correction of critical errors and 30 hours of our professionals' work per month. These works include configuring and/or development of new functions.



During the Portal exploitation and as the business of a customer company grows, a need arises to change routes, rework documents, search for data, solve problems with data etc. In such a case it is cost-saving to use the package of support already including hours for configuration and/or development of new functions.
